Fruit Soup With Granola Croutons
The perfect way to start any breakfast.
A chilled soup made from fresh fruits, fruit sorbet, a dollop of whipped cream sprinkled with granola.
Everyone loves this one!!
Any soft fresh fruit that you have. Cantelope, honeydew, stawberries, peaches, pineapple bananas etc.
Fruit sorbet. Mango is my favorite. Stawberrie, rasberry.
Sprig of fresh mint.
In a blender, mix up your soft fruit, about 3 to 4 cups. Add a pint of the fruit sorbet and blend until it is a liquid.
Pour about a cup, cup and 1/2 into individual small soup bowls or a pretty ice cream dish.
Squirt a dollop of whipped cream in the center of the soup and sprinkle with granola. Add a sprig of mint.
Serve immediately withy
Yield: 4-6 servings.
