Delightful breakfast treat sure to please everyone.
Two brocolli crowns cut small
One zuccinni cut into chunks
One summer squash cut into chunks
One cup sliced mushrooms
One cup shredded carrots
Fresh herbs- Basil, oregano, parsley, tarragon cut up and to taste or Italian seasoning to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Two packs crescent rolls
One pack bulk breakfast sausage
Two cups shredded cheese
One round Pizza pan lined with aluminum foil
Preheat oven to 375
Line a pizza pan with foil and spray with pan spray.
Take crescent rolls and lay flat with sides touching each other util you form a circular dough.
Pinch the outside crust up to form a ridge.
Put in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
While crust is baking. Sautee all of the veggies and spices until crisp tender.
In a separate pan sautee the ground sausage until cooked.
Drain both the sausage and veggies.
Sprinkle the sausage on top of the crescent crust then sprinkle the veggies on top of the sausage.
In a blender beat up the six eggs and pour evenly over the pizza.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over everything and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes until crust is golden brown and cooked and the pizza is not runny. (eggs are cooked)
Slice into pizza slices and serve warm
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
