Pumpkin Mousse
Description:
Our guests love this!
Ingredients:
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. vanilla pudding mix (instant)
2 c. whipped topping.
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together then carefully fold in the whipped topping.
You get dip ginger snaps in this too!
