Creamed Cabbage
Ingredients:
1 head green cabbage (sliced) 8 tbsp. margarine 2 tsp. salt 4 c. milk 8 tbsp. flour
Directions:
Steam sliced cabbage until tender. Melt margarine and add flour and salt. Stir together and add milk and cook until thick. Add your steamed cabbage to white sauce mixture and serve immediately.
