Spiced Peaches

Description:
A pickled peach good with all meals and as a fruit with breakfast.

Ingredients:
2 large cans peach halves (reserve juice)
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsps. whole cloves

Directions:
To the peach juice add sugar, vinegar, spices. Bring to boil and boil for 10 mins. Pour hot juice over peaches. Cool. Refrigerate. Let stand for 6 days in refrigerator before serving.
