Apricot Breakfast Pastry

Description:
Really easy and delicious pastry

Ingredients:
1 can crescent rolls
1 jar apricot jam or preserves
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Spray 9 X 13 pan with Pam. spread crescent rolls over bottom of pan sealing all holes and crimping edges together. Spread rolls with apricot jam. Bake at 425 for 15 mins. While this bakes mix together sour cream, egg, sugar, vanilla. When rolls have baked 15 mins. remove from oven and lower heat to 325 degree. Spread sour cream mixture over the top of jam. Return to oven for 6 mins. more. Slice when cool.
