Potato Cassarole

Description:
An easy side dish to any meat. Can make ahead of time.

Ingredients:
1 large bag frozen shredded hash browns thawed
I onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
I 1/2 cup commercial sour cream
I cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg
seasoned salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp. chives
1/2 to 3/4 cups milk or half and half

Directions:
Mix all ingredient together. Add enough milk to make it a desirable consistancy. Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. May refrigerate or bake at 350 degrees until top has browned or about 45 mins.
