A. We look for professionalism reflected in the marketing materials you make available, through the recommendations of long-time innkeeper members, trusted inn reporters and guests.  References such as memberships in lodging associations are also important as well as details such as architectural style, guest amenities and highlighted activities.
Q. Who writes the description of the inn?
A. We write all the copy based on our visits or research of your inn. If we have not been to your inn, we use materials you supply us such as articles that have appeared in newspapers and magazines as well as photos taken by you and your guests. Those who opt for a Platinum level listing, may write an additional description that appears under innkeeper comments on your listing page. 
Q. How is the Internet site marketed?
A. To maximize your exposure, we advertise on many search engines, create and distribute timely press releases, create B&B promotions with companies such as Nestle, Land O' Lakes, Lipton Tea,  Amtrak,  and many major Fortune 500 companies. 
Q. What search engines are you listed on?
A. We have literally thousands of listings in all the major search engines and directories. Check for yourself by searching Bed and Breakfast on Google, etc. We are usually on page one of Google for instance, when you insert the name of your city followed by "Bed and Breakfast" in your browser.
