Learn To Brew Weekends
Fantastic Learn to Brew Weekend as featured in the New York Times. "Make Your Beer and Drink It To" was the articles name if you would like to Google it. It is a full weekend in our on premise Micro brewery with everyone getting a chance to take part in the brewing process. Arrive Friday PM to a meet and greet beer tasting and appetizer party in the Brewpub. Start Early on Saturday to mash in with the brewer and work for the day in the brewery. Don't worry, there is time to take a break and enjoy breakfast in the dining room and a hearty lunch served in the brewery all included. In the afternoon there's time to rest and get ready for a multi course gourmet beer dinner in The Clement Room. Breakfast is also included Sunday morning.
