Policies

Cancellation:Deposit of first night's stay with taxes due at the time of booking. Cancellations that are more than seven days from the date of arrival will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations that are seven days or less from the date of arrival will have 50% of the deposit paid returned. If guest needs to cancel and would like to avoid all fees, a gift certificate can be issued in the amount of the deposit paid to use toward a future visit. These gift certificates are good for 24 months from the date of issue.
