Cancellation:A deposit of first night's stay is required. If a reservation must be canceled, please inform the innkeeper by 6PM, 7 days ahead for a full refund. If you cancel less then 7 days ahead, a full refund will be given if the room is re-booked. Regardless of the reason, a $25.00 processing fee is charged for any and all cancellations. Special events for which all rooms are reserved require 30-day cancellation notice.
