Circa 1850. Situated on 10 tranquil acres in the Berkshire Mountains, this Federal-style country inn was built for gracious living. The informal blend of antiques and comfortable decor make the public rooms perfect spots to gather for a board game, play the piano or read a good book in front of a crackling fire. Making new friends and sharing great conversations are regular occurrences at the Windflower. Several of the spacious guest bedrooms feature working fireplaces. An organic garden provides fresh vegetables, herbs and berries that enhance a delicious breakfast including homemade pastries and breads.
