Scenic and secluded, the retreat was designed for comfort and relief from stress. It sits in Butte Creek Valley in the John Day Basin surrounded by the Cascade Mountain Range. Bird watch from the large deck or relax in the living room Called the "best rest in Wheeler County," western-themed guest bedrooms are on the main floor and upstairs as well as two spacious accommodations in the daylight basement that are perfect for families. Hunger disappears after a hearty cowboy breakfast served on the handcrafted 11-foot knotty pine dining room table. Experience cattle drives, horseback rides, hikes, and four-wheel drive ranch tours.
