Nice and cozy, fall like being home

We stayed in a short visit to see Vermont's famous foliage. What a nice place to stay!. The innkeepers are welcoming and Jerry provides all sort of tips of things to see and do around. They offer an (optional)dinner, and breakfast was great. My husband loved the hot tub outside. I loved the common room with the fireplace and live jazz like music Saturday at 5:30!! Cookies and hot cider was nice. The rooms were cozy and nice. We are planning to come back for a winter skiing trip.
Innside Tip:
"Dining in Manchester"
Dining in Manchester can be tricky, we were surprised the few restaurants are full and don't have 'waiting/stand by', they just suggest you to go another place (they will call them for you). Follow the innkeeper advice and call for reservation or, go to Friendly's.
The inns (most of them) offer a house dinner for a reasonable price (about what you would pay in a nice restaurant)
