Circa 1902. Previously called the Spring Hill Estate, this Colonial Revival home is embellished with elegant Victorian furnishings and accents. The innkeepers are proud of the personal attention given to make each stay a cherished one. A spacious living room boasts cozy sitting areas, movie entertainment and a fireplace. Large guest bedrooms feature antique brass or canopy beds with quilts or comforters and Oriental carpets on hardwood floors. Wicker, lace, crystal, soft music and a fresh rose create a setting on the terrace for an entree of banana pancakes, Belgian waffles or an omelette. Dinners can be arranged with advance notice. Three-and-a-half acres of appealing landscaping include trees, plants, a gazebo and lily pond with frogs and fish. The grounds are perfect for weddings or other special occasions.
