Circa 1850. West Hill House boasts a great location in Warren, Vermont, on a quiet and scenic country road, just a mile from the Sugarbush Ski Area and next to the Sugarbush Golf Course. The nine-acre grounds include four ponds, meadows, perennial gardens, a uniquely designed gazebo and winter mountain views. All rooms offer a Jacuzzi and/or steam bath and there are gas fireplaces in all of the bedchambers. A delicious cooked breakfast is served each morning and coffee, tea, hot chocolate and homemade cookies are always available. Candlelight dinners are available for six or more guests by prior arrangement. Weddings at this B&B accommodate up to 80 guests and can be held in the house and on the garden terrace, or in the marvelous barn.

Minimum Stay Requirements:	A two-night minimum stay is preferred on weekends, high seasons, and for the Paris Suite at all times. A three-night minimum stay is preferred for holiday weekends.
Cancellation:	To change or cancel reservation, please call or email at least 21 days prior to arrival date (60 days if the entire Inn is booked for the same event) for a refund of deposit less a $20 service charge per room booked. For less than 21 days (60 days if the entire Inn is booked for the same event), not including the day of arrival, if cancel, deposit will be used to confirm another stay for guest (of at least the same duration) within 60 days of planned arrival date. If unable to book within 60 days, deposit will be retained, but we will offer you a discount of $70 when you book a future stay at West Hill House within one calendar year of the cancellation date. A cancellation the day of arrival, a no-show or early departure will be charged the full cost of the reserved rooms. Sugarbush ski and golf vouchers cannot be canceled later than 9:00 AM on the first day of the activity. Any specially ordered food or catered meals booked and canceled less than 3 days ahead will be charged at the full rate. (Rates and policies are subject to change.)
