Our rooms are calming, appealing and inviting for any visitor, as is the entire house. The fireplace adds romance to the living room and breakfast is served at intimate tables of two.

About Our Rooms
The Provincial
Named from its French provincial furniture, this room is comfortably elegant, providing a king-size bed with a striped yellow and white comforter and colorful pillow shams; dressing screen and a couch with antique coffee table (couch can pull out for additional guests as well).
The Paisley
A queen bed is dressed with a paisley bedskirt, comforter and pillow shams in blues and variations of pink with an antique trunk and wardrobe. This room invites a warm, calming feeling.
The Ashley
This charming room features a queen bed is dressed with flowered bedskirt, comforter and pillow shams in pinks and blues. With an oak dresser and antique desk, this room is light and cheerful.
The Floridian
Twin beds are colorful in yellows and pinks. This bright room with a ceiling fan radiates a tropical feel and is tied together with just the right chairs and pictures. The beds can be doubled as a king, which is done very comfortably.
The Dutchess
This room invites the feeling of royalty with its grand king bed and large antique pieces.
The Yesteryear
Step back in time in this beautiful, spacious room complete with antique, metal framed queen size bed, working gas fireplace, genuine antique furnishings, decorated in warm, comforting colors. A very special room for a special getaway!
Innkeeper Note
The Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast is "Loretta's Place." I have had guests ask for directions in town to be told, "no I don't know where the Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast is." Then the lost guest says, "the innkeeper is Loretta." "Oh, Loretta's! Of course, it is ..."
My inn is a reflection of me, which is why so many comment "It feels like their home away from home" and/or "I feel the positive energy in your home."
I started running the Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast Labor Day Weekend, 1997. I always say, "It's the best thing I ever did without thinking about it."
I love to help people celebrate a special occasion, provide warm hospitality for a relaxing getaway, a family function, whatever the reason for their visit.
I take great pride in my home. I love cooking, gardening, house maintenance; and, of course, interacting with my guests.
