Great Escape

We stayed in the Kemp House. The room was very clean. The decor tasteful. The beds and linens were exceptional. We had a fabulous view. It is very quiet but five minutes from busy St Michael's. The condition was not perfect but this is very old inn and I wouldn't expect it to be perfect. We have stayed in B&B's for years and this is definately a "go again".

Peaceful Refuge

Wades Point Inn on The Bay

I just spent 3 wonderful days at Wade's Point Inn. It has become a peaceful getaway, a refuge, and a place to seek the Lord. Breakfast has always been delightful and now that new menu items are being added, it can only get better. Love the hospitality and little details that make me feel so special. From the rising of the sun to the setting of the same, my day leisurely unfolds. Whether sitting on the balcony, lounging on the grounds, walking the shoreline, or driving back into the city for shopping, lunch or dinner, the pace of the day is mine to set. There is a serene atmosphere and I can't help but bask in the beauty of God's creation. I saw the most beautiful sunsets while at the Inn this time. Talk about a canvass - the skies were brilliant as they displayed God's handiwork. For me, the tangible presence of the Lord is evident as He majestically weaves the tapestry of people from all walks of life together sharing space, time, conversation, and a meal while at the Inn. What joy!! What a treat!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Wades Point Inn on The Bay

I recently discovered an absolutely beautiful Inn right next to St. Michaels, MD that had one of the best views of the bay, and also provided such a warm, romantic, and friendly settings I have experienced. You cannot help but relax in such a great setting and the staff was wonderful. We were awed by the views, and loved walking on trails, kayaking on the bay, and watching the sun set in the evening. I am so glad we chose this Inn instead of staying right in St. Michaels, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect Place for R&R

Each time I stay here reinforces by love of this place. Located right on the bay, it is the perfect place to unwind on a hammock or lounge chair under the shade from the many trees looking out over the waters and the dock. Conveniently located right between St Michael's & Tilghman Island. Great service; charming rooms. Breakfast needs updating a bit.

My artist's group has visited for the past 13 years. There is no place that is in as beautiful a setting as Wade's Point. Plus the gracious Inn and its staff make it a destination for anyone wanting to have a quiet refreshing and romantic time away from the hubbub of everyday life.

A Llittle Bit of Heaven

We had the most wonderful time on our annual getaway in August. As we often do with only 3 days away from the 4 kids, we chose to visit St. Michael's. This year, on a recommendation, we booked Wades Point Inn. Great choice!!! The room, the view, the grounds, the extras, the owner were all top notch. We only wished we had another 3 days to do everything we wanted to do! But, next year we will be going back! Thanks Betsy!
