Circa 1930. Between the parks and oceanfront village, this award-winning island B&B inn sits under ancient live oaks. Restored and carefully expanded, the 1930 beach cottage houses the reception, sitting and breakfast areas as well as the Village Pub, a solid mahogany olde English bar and original stone fireplace. Standard and deluxe guest bedrooms are named after historical people with local significance and feature upscale amenities, soothing color palettes, crown molding and custom-built armoires that hold large TVs. Most rooms include a balcony with a view of the pool and flower-filled courtyard or the neighborhood. A generous continental breakfast is available on the sun porch.
