Master bedroom with a fireplace, King-size bed and ocean view. Living room with fireplace and ocean views, bath with stall shower and kitchenette. A second bedroom with Eastlake furnishings and a double bed can be added to accommodate additional guests

Kerry Suite

Two-room suite includes a bedroom with a Queen bed, fireplace and Victorian walnut furniture. Living room has a double sofa bed, TV/VCR, table and chairs, and kitchenette. This suite contains the original bath in the house and features a tub on legs, stenciled to match the wallpaper and antique marble sink.

Wicklow Suite

At the top of the house, master bedroom has a King-size bed and wicker and oak furnishings. Also features a living room with fireplace and TV/DVD, kitchenette and full bath with shower. Cape May ocean view. Adjoining cozy bedroom features a double brass and iron bed and dark oak furnishings.

Bantry Cottage

Quaint carriage house. Completely open first floor contains a living room with a TV and VCR, dining area, and kitchen. Upstairs is a cozy King-bedded room with fireplace, private balcony and full bath with double Jacuzzi tub and shower. Sliding doors open to a private deck with awning.

Cork Suite

The Cork Suite is our largest accommodation...a luxurious, bi-level suite with all the extras. On the first floor there's a living room with a sleep sofa, tv/dvd and fireplace, a snack area with fridge, microwave and sink plus a sunroom and powder room. The second floor features a large bedroom with a king bed and fireplace, tv/dvd, and also has plenty of closet space! Off the bedroom is a private balcony. A luxury bathroom on this floor is complete with an oversized jacuzzi for two, and a separate tiled shower. The Cork is also equipped with a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Sand Castle Condo 1

Enjoy the best of both worlds when you spend a night in one of our two newly renovated condo-suites located in a charming Victorian era building. The condos are air-conditioned and heated for year-round accommodations. When you stay in one of our condos, you get the full amenities of the Victorian Lace Inn including breakfast each morning at the Inn for non-weekly stays. The condos are just steps from the inn and one short block to the beach.

Children Restrictions

Children 5 years and older in the Main House. Little ones under 5 are accommodated in our cottage of a condo-suites.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, change of dates, or shortened stay of a confirmed reservation, deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge as long as 14-days notice is provided. If cancellation is made within fourteen days of arrival, the deposit less service charge will be refunded only if the accommodation is rebooked for the entire length of intended stay.

Historic Interest

The inn was built in 1869 as a private summer cottage for John and Charlotte McIlvaine of Philadelphia. The architecture of the Inn was changed mid-construction from Queen Anne Victorian style to Colonial Revival Shingle style. Many of the original features of the Inn remain intact such as transitional electric fixtures which were originally lit by gas. The chimney staircase is a unique feature of the house.
