Minimum Stay Requirements:Three-night minimum on weekends, two-night minimum midweek from May through September
Cancellation:For all cancellations, regardless of circumstance, a 10% service charge will be retained. For cancellations made within 15 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be held financially responsible for your entire reservation, unless the vacancy can be filled. Changes of reservation date or early departure are treated as cancellations and will carry the same fee. You are, however, always welcome to send a friend or a family member in your place.
