What a lovely inn!

My friend and I stayed one night at the Inn. What a lovely experience. Holly was amazing. She wasn't deterred when we told her that we're gluten-free vegans, and she made a delicious breakfast for us. Holly and Bert are gracious, but not overbearing hosts. The Inn is very pretty with all the amenities one could ask for.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

ME AND A FRIEND HAVE BEEN TRAVELING THE CATSKILL REGION TAKING PICTURES FOR AN ART INSTALLATION. WE STAYED 3 NIGHTS AT THE VANWINKLE, AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. RECENTLY RENOVATED WARM AND HOMEY. WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE KNOWLEGE THE STAFF HAD OF ALL THE LOCAL TREASURES IN THAT QUAINT AREA OF GREENVILLE AND THE SURROUNDING TOWNS.

Romantic Getaway

VanWinkle Inn

My husband and I decided to "Wing It" for our anniversary and came across the VanWinkle Inn, located in a little town near Greenville, NY on the Northern side of the Catskill Mountains. To our surprise, everything about the Inn was warm and welcoming! We chose to stay in the Turner Suite for the romantic setting of a private bath and fireplace. The Innkeepers are very knowledgeable of the area and its history. The food was excellent as well!
