This easy soup is a favorite with our corporate retreat guests. Serve with fresh mozzarella and tomatoe paninis for an updated grilled cheese and tomato soup combo.

This easy and elegant beef tenderloin recipe wins raves from our wedding guests every time. BJs and Costco have excellent whole beef tenderloins. Be sure to completely trim the membranes off the tenderloins before coating.

This is an extremely forgiving recipe. Any dried or fresh fruits work well. The chutney makes an excellent accompaniment to pork, chicken or beef dishes. Try stuffing a whole pork loin with it for an elegant fall dish.
