Circa 1770. Period details are showcased in a renovated historic whaling captain's home steps from Nantucket Harbor. Each of the 12 guest rooms feature king or queen beds covered with luxurious Frette linens and Matouk duvets, private bathrooms with amenities by MALIN+GOETZ, and the convenience of complimentary WiFi; several rooms boast wood-burning fireplaces. Start the mornings with a signature cooked-to-order breakfast of Eggs Benedict or Challah bread French toast accompanied by granola, cereals, and yogurt. Spend the afternoon in the garden patio nibbling on home-baked cookies or carrot cake. The owners and hosts are happy to assist in planning insider excursions of the local area. Located "in-town" just off Main Street's cobblestones and steps from the harbor, the Union Street Inn has been beautifully renovated by Trudy Dujardin, our interior designer, to showcase period details against tailored, elegant interiors, which Conde Nast Traveler described as "Impeccable New England by way of France." Each of the 12 guest rooms feature designer furniture and fabrics, private bathrooms, luxurious bedding with Frette linens & Matouk duvets, bath amenities by MALIN+GOETZ, complimentary WiFi and flat-screen TV's. Several rooms have wood-burning fireplaces.

Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation

Deposits: Stays of 3 nights or less require 100% pre-payment. Stays of more than 3 nights require a 50% deposit. Pre-payments/deposits are typically put through the same day you make your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is received at least 15 days before scheduled arrival. On shorter notice deposits will be refunded if cancelled space is resold without loss to the Union Street Inn. All cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 10% of the entire reservation's room charge.
