Minimum Stay Requirements:	Two-night stay required on three day and festival weekends. July and August Saturday nights require a Friday or Sunday as well.
Cancellation:	Cancel anytime once reservation made for $25 per night. Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date and pay first night(s); Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date and pay for all nights. If room(s) re-booked, credit to card on file minus $25 per night, per room.
