Description

Circa 1884. Formerly the home of well-known ship builder Captain Israel Snow, in the mid-coast Maine area, this historic vacation rental has been fully restored. The spacious lawn meanders with a landscaped path to the ocean and private beach overlooking Owls Head and South Rockland Harbor. Spend relaxing hours swimming, sunning and collecting shells and sea glass. Sit on the deck or wraparound porch. Great views are also enjoyed from the guest rooms, and the waves of the Atlantic invite a peaceful sleep. Many local attractions are nearby from museums to lighthouses, seafood restaurants and shops. It is only a short walk to the award-winning Primo Restaurant.
