“The Best In New England”
Rick BornemannWe've been to every cute place in New England, and nothing tops the Tidewater for elegance, atmosphere, beauty and service.
Best of all the Tidewater can fit any need. It's the place for a romantic get-away, or for a business traveler who wants all the amenities, while feeling like he or she is still part of something elegant and individualized.
The decor is comfortable and perfect, and you won't find a better or more generous breakfast anywhere.
Just book early, especially in the warm weather months when the CT shoreline fills up.
I can't wait to go back.

“Fall in Madison”
Patricia HannaHamilton, OH
My sister had stayed at the Tidewater Inn several times and recommended it highly. My husband and I spent three days there in mid September 2011 and LOVED it! We will definately stay again. Victoria, the Inn Keeper, was lovely and so helpful in recommending stores, restaurants etc. We met lovely people who were also staying there...we truly felt "at home". Great place and we recommend it highly!! Trish and Ron Hanna
