Circa 1929. This Spanish Revival manor is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is located within walking distance of the beach. The acre-and-a-half grounds are tropical, highlighted by soaring palm trees. The interior boasts many original elements, as well as stenciled ceilings and artwork. Rooms, with names such as the Queen Isabella and Christopher Columbus, honor the state's history of Spanish exploration. Within an hour of Daytona Beach, guests can reach Orlando, St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral or stay and explore Daytona, which offers plenty of shopping and restaurants, as well as the ocean.

It really was living like Royalty!

From the moment we rang the bell at the gated entrance we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our 15 anniversary. As we drove up the circular drive, we were greeted by the innkeeper/owner who welcomed us and escorted us into the large spanish antique decorated foyer. It was very impressive. We were shown the grounds which was lush with flowers and tropical plants. There a beautiful heated pool, a huge sun deck, a jacuzzi and a covered patio with a summer kitchen. Once shown to our room, the King Juan Carlos suite, it was evident that we would be living like royalty. There was a large bathroom with separate multi-head shower, a nice entertainment center, a bed fit for a king, a large private patio with jacuzzi and seating area. We know we will be returning again and again. Thanks Jim for maintaining an eligant, well appointed, clean and friendly place for your guests to use as a place to "get away".

We have vacationed at the Villa B&B every winter for the past 14 years. Jim, the innkeeper, is great, very accommodating, giving you as much attention, or privacy as you want. The Villa has an interesting past, Jim will be happy to provide you with a home tour and a bit of Villa history. The home and grounds are spectacular. The Villa is immaculate and beautifully restored. The quiet area and lush plantings around the pool provide a very private relaxing experience. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give Jim and The Villa an 10. We stayed at the Villa for 4 days earlier this year. Everything and we do EVERYTHING was perfect! The owner certainly is a gracious host. It is like staying in a European Estate. Wonderful rooms and grounds and of course we love the "gates" in the front. Perfect for all travelers. Walking distance to the beach. We didn't want to leave. Very nice sit down breakfast. We will certainly stay again.

Stayed at the Villa for two nights and it was amazing. We thought we were in a palace in Spain. Private gated community with a wonderful garden pool and hot tub. The owner make our stay wonderful.
