We had a wonderful time, and will be back soon.

My wife and I will not stay anywhere else while we are in Niagara Falls. We sincerely appreciate the welcome they gave my family for my 60th birthday celebration.

My partner and I had an awesome time in the Bristol Suite over the past weekend.We shared our third anniversary there, it was truly all I hoped and wanted it to be! My girlfriend was in total shock as to the beauty of it all. I got "brownie points" Thank you in your help in giving us a wonderful anniversary. I'm sure we will be back!

We had a great time. Their web page doesn't do the Inn justice. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay at the Red Coach.

We enjoyed our stay at the Red Coach Inn and our visit to the falls. We have recommended the Inn to a number of our friends if they ever travel to Niagara. We found the room comfortable and the breakfast, especially the granola, delicious.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Niagara Falls celebrating our 25th anniversary. Everything from the weather, the beautiful scenery, the romantic suites, to the walks in the park were nothing short of fabulous. The Red Coach Inn was a big part of our visit!

We were "warned", by a person at the hotel we stayed in on the Canadian side, that the area where the Red Coach Inn is located is very unsafe. In fact, she made a face when I said we were staying there. While we were not worried (we are from LA, after all), we were pleasantly surprised by how WRONG she was. Our room (apartment) was the largest, and nicest, that we have ever stayed in, and we have traveled fairly extensively. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food and service were EXCELLENT. We had a wonderful meal, and our waiters, Bobby and Matt, were pefrect. We also found that the location was fantastic--the views are great and we could walk to the falls, the Cave of the Winds, etc. In the end, despite what everyone says, we decided we liked the Amercian side BETTER than the Canadian side, and wished we had more time to spend there. We have recommended the Red Coach Inn to family and freinds and will continue to do so.

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Niagara and had made reservations at the Red Coach based on word-of-mouth recommendations from friends. Our stay was superb in every respect and more than exceeded our expectations. Equally impressive was the food and service at your restaurant. It is well worth a trip back to Niagara Falls just to stay at the Red Coach.

We commend staff for the wonderful hospitality shown to us on both of our visits to the Red Coach Inn. It is truly a lovely Inn, and it will be the only accommodation we will use when in the Niagara Region. Everything was wonderful. The only complaint we had was that we had to leave!!!! It truly is a joy to stay at this establishment.

My wife and I were very satisfied with both our room and the quality of the restaurant. We were quite taken with our view of the rapids and the cozy atmosphere of our room. The fireplace was a special treat. We had never been to Niagara Falls before and relied quite heavily on the recommendation of AAA to locate appropriate lodging. That is how we found the Red Coach Inn. We had a wonderful time during our visit. We highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to come back if we are ever again in the area.

I want to take this opportunity to convey our immense satisfaction and utter delight with our time spent at the Red Coach Inn. From the time we walked into the Niagara suite until the time we checked out, the experience was simply put - Amazing! Our party of five included our parents visitng us from India and while they are well travelled, they claimed this experience ranks among their most memorable ones. The suite was quaint, warm, charming and extremely welcoming. The decor and the ambiance made us feel as if we were home. This trip was a wonderful way for us to spend time as a family, and sitting around in front of the fireplace was the perfect venue for us to do it. We look forward to our next trip to the Red Coach Inn.

We have lived our entire lives in Western New York and never had an overnight stay at the Red Coach Inn prior to this year. What a missed opportunity for us. I am so grateful that our children provided us with a gift certificate. We felt like we were transported into another world during our stay. We will definitely return to the Inn in the very near future to enjoy the wonderful hospitality, surroundings and peace.

We had a wonderful visit. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent food and staff. While we were enjoying our stay we were already planning on returning with another couple. It was a peaceful, enjoyable vacation that my wife and I desperately needed.

The Sheffield Suite was amazing, and my family loved the Niagara Suite.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Niagara Falls and staying at the Red Coach Inn was a huge part of it. Dinner on Saturday was excellent. The Victoria Suite was beautifully decorated and we had everything we could have ever wanted. We had daughter and her boyfriend with us. To see them marvel at the rooms and be so impressed, happy, comfortable, and relaxed was simply joyful. We recommend the Red Coach Inn and Restaurant to anyone traveling to the Falls area.

We loved our stay at the Red Coach Inn! Only wish we could have stayed a lot longer. We felt so comfortable in the Oxford Suite, loved the breakfast, had lunch on the patio and dinner inside the restaurant. And our maid was so nice as was their front desk staff! It is such a great location being across from the upper rapids-so wonderful opening the windows and listening to the rapids at night. I am telling everyone about it and hope to come back again to visit and stay in the Oxford Suite!

We really enjoyed our stay. We will look forward to staying at The Red Coach on our next trip to the Falls. My parents had their wedding reception (or was it wedding breakfast-I am not sure now) at the inn in 1951.

The Red Coach Inn made our stay at Niagara Falls so enjoyable. The room was excellent, the staff always helpful and we had 2 very enjoyable meals in the restaurant.

We were enchanted and impressed from the moment we walked in the door, and it never stopped until we left (reluctantly) on Sunday. The staff and housekeeper went above and beyond what we had expected, and we enjoyed all the special treatment we received. We have told everyone about the Inn, the pleasurable staff and of course the atmosphere that we were surrounded in. I must say we were very impressed, an excellent dining experience, from the ambiance, the food and the wait staff. Given the time of the year and the weather, the restaurant was not busy at all, but both Lindsey and Bob were absolutely professional and attentive, the food was excellent as was the value. We shared an appetizer off the main menu, but chose our entrees off of the specials menu - all very good. We shared a dessert, more than we both could eat. Most importantly, my wife and I spent a very nice evening enjoying each others company, augmented by this establishment. My compliments to the Red Coach Inn and their staff.

A wonderful stay, both of us loved The Red Coach Inn. Our room was beautiful, as well as comfortable, and the dinner we had at the restaurant on Friday night was fabulous. Our whole trip to Niagara Falls was a surprise birthday gift from my husband for my 47th birthday. All he would tell me about the trip was what to pack, that we were flying in our small plane there, that it would be somewhere relaxing with beautiful scenery, and that we were staying in a nice place. I am a total Anglophile and love anything and everything British, especially Tudor-style architecture and cottage-style gardens, so I was thrilled when we pulled up in front of The Red Coach Inn. This was our first trip together to Niagara Falls , but it certainly won’t be the last, and we have no desire to stay anywhere other than The Red Coach Inn!

The accommodations (Victoria Suite) were lovely and may well have been the nicest in which we have ever stayed (and we've travelled extensively as far as Italy in one direction & Singapore in the other). Our two children called it "Heaven."

We had traveled a long distance and were at the end of our trip when we stayed at the Red Coach Inn. What a nice surprise to find such a lovely room when we arrived worn out. We got there late so it was nice to be able to be so close to everything and walk. We only had 12 hrs there and it was very relaxing and romantic. It was one of the highlights of our trip to New England.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Canterbury suite. We dined three different times at the restaurant and had a lovely time. When we return, there will be only one place to stay--The Red Coach Inn.

We had a superb time staying over night Saturday at the Red Coach Inn, and thoroughly enjoyed our delicious lunch, dinner, and Mother’s Day brunch there! The staff consistently made us feel very welcome with their friendliness and attentiveness. The suite was ultra comfortable, and luxurious, not to mention convenient to the Falls! The weather cooperated, and we loved every minute spent there. I was able to spend quality time with my Mother and Father. The Red Coach Inn gives new meaning to the words “gracious hospitality”, equal in hospitality to the legendary Biltmore Inn in Asheville, N.C.!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Red Coach. It was the perfect place for our family event. The Cambridge Suite was lovely, and the bounteous breakfast was just a delight. We hope we will have the opportunity to stay at the Red Coach again.

We found the Red Coach Inn a delightful and exceptional place to stay. The accommodation was comfortable and very individual, the staff could not have been more kind and helpful (as my wife is disabled and we bring the logistical challenge of big oxygen deliveries with us), and the restaurant offered some of the best meals I have had anywhere in the US since coming to live here permanently two years ago. The inclusion of breakfast in the package is rare, I have found here (unlike England), and that is one more plus. If and when we are in Niagara Falls again, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else but the Red Coach Inn: what would be really interesting would be to seek out the original in England to compare!

The quality of service at The Red Coach Inn far exceeded what was expected. I would like to specifically mention a few, but certainly not all, of the things the staff did for myself and my girlfriend during our wonderful stay. First and foremost, New Years Eve had to be a special night. It was in September or October that I came to the Red Coach Inn to see the place and meet a few members of the staff. Everyone I have spoken with since that day has conducted the company's business with the highest degree of class and respect, as opposed to any of the other hotel or inn options in the region who seem to go about their business in a mechanical fashion, without passion for what they do. A considerate email reminder about making dinner reservations was a perfect example of going above and beyond in order to improve our experience. We decided not to have dinner in the restaurant but instead to eat in our suite on New Year's Eve, but the consideration was not unnoticed, and certainly not unappreciated. Our dinner was amazing anyway, partly due to the quality atmosphere of the Bristol Suite. The day before my girlfriend and I checked in, I had called to explain that she would be arriving before me and asked that she be able to check in without me. There was no question about it and she had no trouble at all when the time came. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was tremendous and explained that there wouldn't be a problem, since he would be working the next night. He didn't need to write anything down, or make her show ID, or anything along those lines. He said that he would remember the name and make sure she was well taken care of. Someone also carried her bag for her when she arrived, since I was not there to do so. That to me is a great show of personalism seldom shown in this industry. I wish I had caught the man's name, since it made Jennefer's night a little easier, as it was all about her to begin with. Fortunately, there was no need to speak to anyone during our stay, which would have indicated something had gone wrong. I am certain however, with the dignity that you conduct the running of the Red Coach Inn, that the fact that there were no hitches was not a coincidence, but rather the direct result of careful attention to the quality of our suite and service. I am also certain that had there been any sort of problem, it would have been minimal and without dramatic consequence. So finally on behalf of myself and My girlfriend Jennefer, thank you to the Red Coach Inn for helping us to have one of the greatest nights of our lives, one which we will never forget, in your beautiful and fun city.

I must say, our stay at the Red Coach was delightful, and I sense the beginning of what may well become a family tradition. My wife and celebrated our 20th anniversary and couldn't have made a finer choice for lodging. The facility, food, and staff were second to none. In many ways the Red Coach Inn exceeded our expectations for such a significant celebration.

We dined there not only for our 20th anniversary but also the next evening as well. Jillian and her team took great care of us on our anniversary and the next evening we sat out on the patio and James along with his crew took great care of us as well. We were't rushed, they made sure we had everything we needed with out hanging over us. I only wish we lodged with The Red Coach Inn as well. Way too many times people have no qualms when service is bad or they just aren't happy to speak up but if everything is great they very seldom let anyone know. Oh yes, the food was awesome as well as the drinks. My compliments to everyone. It made our week a special one.

We had a most enjoyable visit at the Red Coach Inn. It completely lived up to our expectations. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Falls and the park. Being able to walk somewhere instead of driving made our time at Niagara Falls all the more pleasant. We will certainly recommend the Inn to our friends. I also enjoyed looking at all of the flower gardens. One of my hobbies is photography and I took a few pictures of the flowers.

We loved our room. There was a real WOW factor when we walked in and the ambient lighting was turned on, classical music was playing, and there was Champagne and Brie in the fridge. It was also nice to be escorted to the room by the staff. The breakfast was very delicious, and I particularly liked all those good carbs (whole grain foods). The property is very beautiful (flowers, patio restaurant, and the warm and elegant bar and restaurant). I have never been to England , but I feel like I spent the day in an English Inn. The pricing is very reasonable considering the excellent location and amenities. Great Value!

My wife and I were married that Saturday, so it was our wedding night when we stayed in the Sheffield room. We were blown away by the accommodations. The room and amenities were wonderful, and the jacuzzi room extraordinary. The sound of the rapids was icing on the cake. We have told a number of our friends about how nice our stay was, and even referred a couple from Georgia that we met on our honeymoon who were headed to Niagara Falls. We will be reserving the Sheffield to celebrate our anniversary.

We had a delightful stay! We’re very glad we decided to stay at the Red Coach Inn. The suite was absolutely gorgeous and most comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, have bragged about it several times, and would certainly recommend the Red Coach to others.

Saturday evening, my wife and I celebrated our 25th aniversary. We weren't going to go out for the night, however, I'd thought I'd try one more time to see if the room with the jacuzzi was available. It was! We had a wonderful evening. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the snow just made everything that much more cozy. The room was beautiful. The staff for made our stay truly memorable. Nice touch with the Bose stereo.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with apathy. No one cared we had just gotten married and the rest of the evening followed suit. The food was uncooked and cold! The service was horendous; management was unsympathetic to miserable meal...and despite all this, we are going to live happily ever after.....

I called the Inn asking about prices and they quoted me on two different rooms - a one room for $119 and a suite for $139 . When my boyfriend called 10 minutes later they had changed their story to $239 to $269. Apparently because he was Spanish they decided to change the price. I called back to get a room and speak to the lady and the price changed again from to $219 to $239. I don't know how they run a business in this fashion. Obviously they are racist and liars.
