First Class Service

Beautiful building, both our bedroom and bathroom were spacious and decorated to a high quality. The service we received was first class and we could safely walk into the centre of Denver.

Complete Success

We can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Patterson (June 7 & 8, 2013). The Royale room was gorgeous, comfortable and quiet. The beautiful flowers throughout the property led to the atmosphere of elegance. The party on Saturday was a complete success, in large part because of you and your staff. Nothing was forgotten; nobody spilled the beans - the surprise was total; and everyone joined in the spirit of the occasion. Specifically, we would like to thank Kendyl for her excellent breakfasts, for helping at the party and for lovely conversation; Doug for his bartending professionalism and for making everybody feel welcome and comfortable in the lounge; your housekeeper for excellent room service, especially in reacting to our request for an early clean-up on Saturday morning and for her pleasantness; and Paul for his gracious welcome when we arrived.

Close to Everything

"The Patterson Inn is a beautiful old house on Capitol Hill. We could park our car on one of the three private spaces in front of the house. The Civic Center Park, the Denver Art Museum and the 16th Street Mall are easy to reach on foot. We stayed in the room Antoinette, which is very nicely decorated."

This Historic Inn Has It All!

We loved staying at the Patterson Inn for a long Thanksgiving weekend, visiting Denver family and friends. The inn is beautifully restored and ever-so comfortable. Every detail is perfect in this gracious historical mansion. The rooms are charming and we loved our first floor room, the DaVinci. We checked out several of the other rooms and they all are equally nice. The inn is so well-built that the rooms always feel very private, luxurious, and quiet. The service was wonderful--staff (Alyssa, Kendrick and Chrystal) went out of their way to help, but their help was never intrusive--this is an inn where guest privacy is valued! Breakfast every day was delicious. The Patterson is just beginning to offer High Tea, which I highly recommend. It was yummy and my invited guests enjoyed every minute of being in the Patterson. The manager, Susan, is a kind and attentive hostess; and the innkeeper, Tom, gave a great historical tour of the Patterson and its original owners--Tom kept us laughing! We can't wait to go back!
