Listed in the National Register, its historic heritage of 1889 has been preserved while lovingly restored. First time B&Bers! Found the inn to be outstanding in every way! Bernie and Linda are the perfect hosts. The room had everything we wanted. The breakfasts were delicious and were served on fine china and candlelight - terrific ambiance. We recommend this B&B to anyone who is looking for the best place! Sandy & Fred

“A Great Place to Stay!”

My huband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at The Oaks. Everything was wonderful. The attention to detail is amazing. Our hosts, Lois & John made us feel very welcomed and certainly pampered us in every way. Our room was spotless, spacious and decorated to perfection. I highly recommend this Inn and we are going back!

The Inn was very comfortable and elegant. The breakfasts were excellent and extensive. My only criticism was the rather dictatorial tone about what you could and could not do! But a small price to pay for a lovely stay. Sadly Christiansburg, itself, is an uninspiring town with a very good restaurant but little else.

Minimum Stay Requirements:	2 nights for special occasions, graduation, football games, October weekends and holidays. Call for information.
Children Restrictions:	Will accept children over 12 years of age.
Cancellation:	If notice of cancellation is received 10 days in advance of arrival date, 14 days for holidays/weekends and 45 days for special events, deposit will gladly be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. No shows or less than the above policy will be charged the full scheduled stay, unless the room is reserved by another party.
Pets:	We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking:	Outside Only.
