Romantic Interest
The Pamlico River Room, the deluxe King bedroom, offers a large master bath with double sinks, a tub/shower combo, bubble bath and cozy robes. Arrangements can be made for wine and/or flowers.
Historic Interest
The inn was built in 1902 by Frank Adams Moss and Mary Bonner Moss, local lumbermill owners. The carved mantles, each unique in design, were milled especially for the house, and three of the four guestrooms feature the original mantles, with original tiles. The house is now listed on the National Historic
Register as part of the historic district.
