“Clean, relaxing, refreshing”

The absolute first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of this Bed & Breakfast. Second was the plate of fresh homemade cookies waiting for us. We felt like we were home. The breakfasts were delicious and very ample. The beds were comfy. And we were given a "doggie bag" of fresh cookies for the road when we were ready to depart!

BOTTOM LINE: I would stay here again.

“A quiet get-away”

Although we were here in the winter, I kept thinking how nice this visit would be in warmer weather. There is a wonderful front porch complete with a hanging swing for 2. Then there is a patio on the side of the house which, in warmer times, is enclosed by a wisteria vine - can only imagine how beautiful that must be. Just beyond that is a large magnolia tree. There are many evergreens providing a green wall around the grounds. Harry and Cathy even encouraged us to pick up some pecans from under their tree. And tucked in the back corner of the yard is another private place to read or just spend some time contemplating life in the South!
