“Romantic Retreat”
Colleen R (10 reviews)
Hamilton, NJ

We stayed at the elegant Mercersburg Inn in Autumn and the trees on the grounds were gorgeous! The "Romantic Retreat" was a cozy room with a fireplace and jacuzzi and a soft, luxurious bed. We enjoyed the large game room and the breakfasts were delicious! We decided to have dinner there one evening and the meal was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Active Duty Military Discounts
We respect and appreciate our men and women in uniform and are thankful that they protect us and our way of life.
Since we are about 90 minutes from Washington, DC, we do have a great number of visitors who serve our country. We have found them all to be among the best guests we can have.
We have done several military weddings over the years, many of them bitter-sweet when they are followed by a deployment.
For active duty military members we offer 20% discount on all rooms - anytime.
Valid from 05/08/2010 through None.

International Wine And Food Weekends
Dr. Tom Anderson and Dave Simon have a vast knowledge and love of wines. Or, as they put it "we drink alot of wine".
During these weekends they will lead us through a late afternoon tasting of 6 wines from a specific country or region, explaining the history and flavors of the wines we sample. They will show us how foods can change the taste of the wines. Dr. Tom will also comment from a medical perspective, the health benefits of wine.
Valid from 12/22/2009 through 12/12/2015.

French Cooking Classes
The Mercersburg Inn is proud to partner with the acclaimed L' Academie de Cuisine of Bethesda, MD, to present a series of culinary weekends throughout the year.
Held Friday night through Sunday afternoon, the weekends feature two intensive (hands-on) cooking classes and (of course) fabulous meals. Cooking classes are held in the mornings, followed by a lunch featuring the results! Saturday night's Chef's Dinner, prepared by the Inn's Chef de Cuisine Dan Nowalk, is an elegant gala event.
Valid from 12/22/2009 through 12/12/2015.
