The enclosed widow's walk offers sunny panoramic views all year long. The fragrance of the salty sea fills the front porch and second floor balcony. Double, queen, and king-size rooms are available, all with private marble and tile bathrooms, terrycloth bathrobes, and kitchenettes. Feel like royalty in the Penthouse Suite with a king-size bedroom, private living room, and two-person Jacuzzi tub. The bed and breakfast is also ADA compliant. Dine in the European-style bistro, Bia, which is open seasonally. Feel the sand between your toes during an intimate seaside wedding then relax in the cozy lobby with friends and family. Minimum stays: Minimum stays apply during peak periods and holidays. We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends, and three nights on holiday weekends. However, we will accept reservations for shorter periods based on availability. Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure all reservations. You may use a credit card or check to pay your deposit. Your credit card will be charged the day you make your reservation Payment: Payment of your balance is due upon check-in. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express cards, Personal checks or cash. Cancellation: We will gladly refund your money, less a $50.00 bookkeeping charge, if you cancel your reservation more than 15 days prior to your arrival. Policies: For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a non-smoking hotel and have no facilities for pets. Accommodations are not appropriate for children under ten years old. Additional Charges: Daily charges for more than two people in a guest room are: $35 per person.
