Innkeeper Note
A stay at The Madeline is an experience to remember. The 1886 Queen Anne Victorian is tucked away on a quiet street near the Plaza and Canyon Road, and is surrounded by an exquisite English garden. The house features beautiful stained glass windows, ornate fireplaces, window seats and period antiques. Enjoy a beautiful hot breakfast such as French toast or frittatas, pancakes or polenta. Accompany your hot entree with scrumptious homemade muffins and granola, whole grain breads, yogurt, cheeses and fresh fruit salad. In the afternoon savor decadent sweet treats, refreshing lemonade or enjoy our wine & cheese hour. After a day of galleries, museums and shopping, we invite you to indulge in a heavenly massage or spa treatment. At the end of the day, look forward to nestling into your bed of feather and down. Each of our seven rooms provide phones with voice mail & data ports, cable TV and sinfully soft robes. Our staff is dedicated to outrageous personal service.

“Loved our Bed in Morning Glory”
Doug J9/6/2011
Waking up in our magnificent bed in the Morning Glory was a great way to start each day. A good bed is hard to find when traveling! Then an excellent breakfast each morning, a stroll to the Plaza or Canyon Road. An absolutely wonderful experience! Loved the spa too!!!

“Happy Place”
Mary P7/14/2011
What a treasure in Santa Fe. From the minute we checked in everyone was so kind and welcoming, and it sounds corny, but it's such a happy place. Charming and lovely. Perfect in every way!

“3rd Time - Over Any Other Place!”
Eliza R6/14/2011
I wouldn't consider staying anywhere but The Madeleine, unless it was their other property, The Hacienda. It is WONDERFUL! Outstanding innkeepers, comfortable rooms, good prices, great food and location. What's not to love?

Linda S6/15/2011
This inn was the highlight of a long driving trip. After so many cookie-cutter hotels, I really appreciated the exceptional food, the super comfortable bed and the unique architecture. Miss the place already - hope to come back for a longer stay one day!

“Tranquil and Peaceful”
Sally M2/8/2011
The Madeleine is one of the most tranquil and peaceful places I have ever stayed. My incredible spa treatment definitely contributed to this, but the place is also in such an ideal location. Close to the Plaza, but in a garden at the end of a dead end street. No traffic! Made for a relaxing and perfect stay.
