Minimum Stay Requirements:	Two-night reservations are required for most weekends and 3 nights for some holidays. We have a strict no-smoking policy. The inn is appropriate for children 14 and over
Cancellation:	Room deposits are fully refundable up to fourteen days before arrival. For cancellations with less notice (including late arrivals and early departures), deposits will be refunded if the room can be rebooked, less a $35 processing fee
Pets:	Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises and We allow certain dogs with prior arrangement.
Smoking:	Smoke Free Property.
