Because of our intimate size, we uphold a strict 7 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. In cases of cancellation WITHIN 7 days of the arrival date, regardless of reason, the guest is responsible for the total amount of the reservation. There are no exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, ferry reservations etc. The guest is responsible for shortened stays or later arrivals. If you have any concerns about our cancellation policy we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
