Cancellation

Cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A deposit for the full amount is required within 30 days of your arrival to guarantee the reservation. If your booking is made more than 30 days ahead, a deposit of 50% is required at time the of booking and the remainder 30 days in advance of your arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days before your arrival, full deposit is required. Deposits for shortened visits are not refundable. Your deposit will be refunded minus a $20.00 per room fee if you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within the 14 days of your booked arrival date, your deposit minus $20.00 per room will be refunded only if we are able to rebook your room.
