The Inn at Irish Hollow

My husband and I didn't want to take a long honeymoon as we both had to return to work shortly after being married. This was by far the best place either of us have ever been! Matt is one of the nicest people I have ever meant! I cannot begin to describe how amazing this place is. I might add that I am only 30 years of age, and before staying here have never been to a bed and breakfast and have always been kind of leery of them. Not now...my husband and I are already thinking of when we can go back!! Also, the food is just amazing, they make this twisted bacon that is out of this world!! Be warned though, it is super romantic, so romantic in fact when we got back home we found out that we were expecting. Lol... I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!!

We've stayed in The Olde Orchard Cottage three times in the past year. It is so Romantic. We especially love having the private screened porch which is where we have breakfast and feel like we are miles from anywhere. The wood fire in the bedroom makes it for us. We always have a 90-minute Hot Stone BodyWorks, which is life altering! This place has changed our relationship!

Because of my wife's allergy to gluten, we find it hard to dine out, or travel without the constant concern that she will get sick. Irish Hollow is OUR place! They really know what they are doing, and the kitchen never ceases to amaze us with wonderful creations.... and we KNOW that we don't have to even ask about the ingredients. This is what true customer service is all about...guest comfort. We are so comfortable here (How about these spectacular organic beds?) These guys are PROS.

We came. We skied. We hiked. We snowshoed. We feasted. We wandered. We fire-gazed. We slept. We feasted again. We reconnected. We planned our next visit.

This is our 16th visit to the Inn. It just keeps getting better. We have come to expect perfection, and we are never disappointed.... plus we are always thrilled with something new! (Like that unbelievable Crabcake last night!!) We spend all of our important moments here. We just love you guys! The Stonewood Cottage has become our home-away-from-home.

We spent three nights in this (OMG) beautiful cottage for a private Christmas getaway for just US. First: it is unbelievable that my boyfriend shipped my gifts here and the Irish Hollow guys wrapped them, and had them waiting under our tree in the cottage when we arrive. Second: the tree, the decorations (and the wrapping) are beyond gorgeous. We were blown away. Third: All of the food has been the best. Holiday foods, done with a twist. I have felt like I was in a Storybook from the moment we arrived. Fourth: We are doing this every year!

Matthew and his staff made our stay exactly perfect. They don't miss a detail. The service is just what we look for... friendly, professional, detailed and yet we had our complete privacy. We don't know how you do it, but PLEASE keep doing it. We will be back often.... forever!

If anyone is looking for the ideal place to be truly pampered and restored, THIS IS THE PLACE! Hands down, the most beautiful cottage on the planet and "hands on" the most amazing massages we have had. We are experienced at traveling, andthis place made us realize how mediocre the rest of the world is!

We loved everything... but the food was by far the best that we have ever had. It was absolutely outrageous! Everything was so delicious, from the three course breakfast that we had delivered to our cottage in the morning to the great dinner that we enjoyed by our private campfire that night, nothing could have been better.

All I can say is that we have truly experienced MAGIC. This place is enchanted. We have spent the most romantic two nights together in this magical world of Irish Hollow!
