Minimum Stay Requirements:	We require a two-night minimum stay on all weekends, and a three-night minimum stay required on selected holiday weekends.
Cancellation:	Prior to two week cancellation notice there is a $25 cancellation fee for each room booked. If you must cancel within two weeks of your arrival, you will be held responsible for the full rate of the room for each night that has been booked until such time as we are able to re-book your cancelled room.
