A columned veranda provides a view of the countryside, the town with its old stone churches and the Antietam Battlefield. Gleaming floors accentuate romantically designed Victorian guest rooms, all with sitting rooms. The Smokehouse Suite offers a wide brick fireplace, a sleeping loft, refrigerator, wet bar and television. The entire third floor comprises the Penthouse Suite, which features skylights, an enclosed balcony with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, refrigerator, wet bar, TV/VCR and a spiral staircase that leads to a library.
