Disappointing stay

The accommodations are sub-par for the price of the rooms ($135 plus room tax). We booked for 4 nites over the Christmas holidays and checked out after two nights. The fact that there was a BB hole in the window should have been a tip-off. The room was cold, TVs were 20+ years old, door didn't latch properly, and the shower was so low (about 5' off ground) that I couldn't wash my hair properly. We talked with the Inn owner (Deb) who agreed to credit us for the 4th night althought we stayed only two, however after two weeks we contacted her since there was not a credit issued. She informed us that she was not going to credit us after all. She lied and did not keep her word. Had we known that we would have to pay for two additional nights we would not have stayed there since we didn't have that much in our tavel budget. Horrible expeperience which ruined our Christmas visit to our family.
