“OMG - The Best B&B Breakfast EVER!!!”

We stayed at Suella's property in Scottsbluff in August. She made dinner reservations for us at a restaurant within walking distance of the B&B - delish!!!! From the moment we arrived, she showed us she "gets how to run a B&B"!!! We were told what ever we needed, how ever we wanted something was how she would get it done because we were her guests! We have been staying in B&Bs since the early 1980's. Suella served us a 3 course breakfast, on the beautiful front porch, with a presentation worthy of a 5 star hotel!! This kind of attention to detail we have experienced only a few times in all these years of staying at US B&Bs. We were so sorry we could not spend a week there trying a different breakfast each day as promised in her brochure. The French breakfast she made was exquisite! And all this in Scottsbluff, NE.........who knew!

Unbelievable! A fine arts showcase within. We were well taken care of and met new friends. The food was fantastic. We had a very relaxing stay. We'll be back in a couple months! Even given a care package with food as we left!

greeted me at the door! I was greeted by our wonderful hostess. My stay was cozy & comfortable. Coffee was at my door when I awoke and a 3 course breakfast on the front porch awaited me. Life doesn't get any better than this!

What a find in the sleepy town of Scottsbluff. A cross between a solon, art gallery and home. Gracious, warm hostess and excellent breakfast.

Perfect Place

The Hanlon House is the perfect place to stay in Western Nebraska! My family and I were traveling back from a trip to Yellowstone National Park and we needed a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Suella made us feel at home and cooked us a delectable breakfast. She really took care of us! The rooms at the Hanlon House were so cozy and sparkling clean. The large upstairs bathroom was much appreciated after spending many previous nights in hotels with cramped accomodations. There is a relaxing upstairs lounge with a bank of striking Craftsman windows letting in lots of natural light. In the morning we were treated to a three-course French breakfast. The meal was outstanding and healthy as well. I was priveledged to stay at the Hanlon House and look forward to my next visit!

Scottsbluff Favorite

I had to travel to Scottsbulff with only 2 days notice. All reputable brand name hotels were booked, so I booked a national low-end chain, then I found The Hanlon House and gave it a try. I was very glad I did. Suella provided a very pleasant experience and put the service back into a stay. Breakfast was fantastic; prepped at a time to meet my schedule. I even left something and she brought it to my client's site, so that I would have it before I left town. Will stay again the next time I am in Scottsbluff.
