I love the Grand - Private and cozy place, It was very clean and comfortable and the people working there made my stay a joy - The Grand is located in a quiet neighborhood but it's just a quick walk to Duval Street and all the Key West 'FUN' Very Nice breakfast served each morning which started my day off beautifully

BOTTOM LINE: I would stay here again.

Cancellation:	Since The Grand is a small property, cancellations affect our income greatly. Please see the following paragraph for cancellations during holidays and special events. For non-holiday/special event reservations we must receive your cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and your deposit will be refunded less a $35 handling fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your reservation, your deposit is nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the reservation will incur a charge for the entire reservation. Any changes in reservation dates will incur an adjustment fee of $35 per room. Once you arrive, there are no refunds for shortened stays. During Fantasy Fest (the last full week of October), Christmas, and New Years, the cancellation period is normally extended to 90 days, and the handling fee is $150. Higher cancellation periods may be required for some special events and holidays. We do not issue refunds for transportation issues, inclement weather, or hurricanes. In the unlikely event that a mandatory evacuation of Key West coincides with your reservation dates, and you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be issued a credit for a future stay at The Grand Guesthouse. These credits are non-transferable and will be valid from June 1 - December 15, up to one year from the issue date. No credit will be issued for hurricanes which are not a threat to Key West, or if you are unable to travel because of canceled flights or adverse travel conditions outside of the Keys.
