“Special celebrations!”
Nancy RosenbergNipomo,
Raymond and Emily were lovely hosts. They made us feel welcome and relaxed. Raymond's love of cooking was obvious in his gourmet afternoon tea delights and his marvelous breakfasts. The owners have so many interesting items to look at in their home you can spend hours browsing. The the easy conversation over tea and breakfast was stimulating and interesting. We will definitely consider staying here on a future trip!

“Great stay. Thanks”
Jim H8/14/2010
We really enjoyed our stay. The gardens were great, the location was good and a fair walk down the hill to the ocean and dinner. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Raymond and Emily!

“our favorite B&B”

This is our favorite B&B. My wife and I stay there regularly. The inkeepers are gracious and helpful, the breakfasts are excellent, and the atmposhere is relaxing and serene. Our shoulders lower considerably when we visit.

“Unique experience”
Ellen Peel3/1/2010
We stay here twice a year--a truly relaxing getaway. Emily and Raymond, like many of their guests, are fascinating conversationalists. The gourmet breakfast is different every day. Each bedroom has its own theme, and the living room decorations reflect the owners' travels. They have tips on local attractions, including the elusive zonkey (zebra/donkey).
