Minimum Stay Requirements:	2-night stay required for all 3 day-weekends & Warrens Cranfest in September.
Cancellation:	10 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be given. Please call to cancel. If cancellation is made via email, a confirmation email will need to be sent in response. 9 days prior to arrival or less, No refund. A non-refundable gift certificate will be provided, good for another visit and subject to availability. No shows and early checkouts are subject to full charge.
