Circa 1880. At the end of a country lane in the scenic Hudson Valley, this Victorian Farmhouse has been adorning four-and-a-half acres since 1880. Original marble mantels, ornate cornice work, wide-plank floors, large pocket doors and eleven-foot ceilings with plaster medallions reflect a well-maintained elegance. The library offers a large book selection or relax by the fire in the oak den. Play a game of pool on the slate-top table and listen to music in the parlor. Large guest bedrooms and a private Honeymoon Cottage are furnished with antiques. A hearty breakfast is served in the dining room with specialty dishes that may include caramel sticky buns, featherlight scones, stuffed croissants, peach French toast and sausage. Swim in the inground pool, play horseshoes or relax on the wraparound porch.
