Circa 1830. Continuously operating for over 150 years, this inn originally was called the Traveler's Lodge, then the Monomoyic after a local Indian tribe. An un-harvested cranberry bog adjacent to the property inspired the current name. Recently restored, the inn is located in the heart of the historic district. It's within walking distance of the lighthouse, beaches, shops and restaurants. Guest rooms feature four-poster beds, wide-planked floors and coordinated fabrics. Antique and reproduction furnishings throughout.
