Charming and Romantic B&B

Great property and location. May be the best value in the area. Friendly hosts, full breakfast, charming rooms. We had a working fireplace and two bathrooms in our room, which had 3 beds and slept 5. Where can you get that for $119 a night? The property is undergoing some minor renovations. Some other inns wanted $400 a night - not sure what you get for that price.
