Circa 1880. Located one-and-a-half miles from Tanglewood, this welcoming inn has a 70-year history. Originally, the Main House was a guest house and the adjacent Carriage house was a speakeasy. The MacDonald House was the former home of a Civil War veteran and U.S. Representative. The decor of each building, respectively, is Victorian, country primitive and Colonial.
